1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

All purchases are covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by store policies.

2. Pricing (GST)

Enchanted Forge is not registered for GST. No GST is charged on purchases. Prices displayed are final.

3. Product Descriptions & Card Condition

• New/Sealed items are factory sealed unless stated.
• Pre‑owned singles are graded: NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG, with photos or notes.
• Authenticity: We do not knowingly sell counterfeits; suspected counterfeits qualify for ACL remedies.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Electronic contracts formed at checkout are valid in Australia.

5. Shipping & Risk

See Shipping & Delivery. Title passes on payment; risk passes on delivery unless required otherwise by law.

6. Change‑of‑Mind Returns

• Sealed products: 30‑day return if unopened and resalable.
• Singles: 14‑day return if received back in identical condition.
• Buyer pays return postage for change‑of‑mind returns.

Nothing in these terms limits your ACL rights.

7. Faulty / Misdescribed Items

If an item fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair depending on whether the failure is minor or major. Contact us for assessment.

8. Pre‑orders

Release dates may change due to supplier delays. If we cannot supply a pre‑order, you may choose a refund or an agreed substitute.
